High-school friends Jonathan Krohn and Karl Meier formed Talker in 2013, forged over a shared appreciation for post-punk and electronic music. Their first collaborative effort, »Cut The Weight (Pts. I & II)« for the »Halha« compilation on Downwards, led to another 12" and full-length for Karl »Regi« O'Connor's esteemed Downwards imprint, as well as a series of remixes for labels such as Eye Teeth and Horizontal Ground. Live performances followed - at the acclaimed Berlin Atonal festival, as well as London's Fabric and New York’s Bunker.
